Yes, we have full public liability insurance.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a deposit is required to secure your booking, this will be refunded upon the return of the soft play in the condition if was delivered in. A full inspection will be carried out upon collection. If you cancel your booking with less than 14 days notice, we will retain your deposit.

Do you deliver and set up?

Yes, we can deliver to Shropshire/Staffordshire/West Midlands for a fee dependent on mileage.

What age is this suitable for?

Soft play is suitable for up to 7 years, however we do have optional extras to keep the older kids (and adults!) entertained. Please note that adult supervision is required at all times during soft play hire.
